MEADOWBROOK
GOLF COURSE
Fort Worth, Texas

Meadowbrook Park Golf Course has had a long and storied history that began on July 6th, 1924 when it opened as a 9-hole golf course. The original course was designed by John Bredemus, who designed many other courses in Texas including Memorial Park in Houston and Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth.
Over the years the course was expanded to 18-holes and a major renovation to the course was done in 1963 by Ralph Plummer. During this renovation all the greens and tees were rebuilt, a new irrigation system was added and 7 new lakes were introduced to the course.
Kemp Golf Course Design is excited to be working with Colligan Golf Design on the upcoming renovation starting in the fall of 2023. The renovation calls for a complete rerouting of the golf course to take advantage of the wonderful topography on the site.
